Our responsibilities included evaluating the existing entrance for falling snow and ice hazards. From our observations we prepared a design for the Library board and community approval. After approval we prepared construction documents, oversaw the construction bid process and negotiations, and perform construction administration.

We aided in identifying the cause oh the high energy use in the library. We created a solution isolating the original structure from the additions and renovated exterior, helping to greatly decrease the energy use.
